Giving Youth Opportunities for More
HDGA Street Crew is a volunteer placement program designed for high school students and young adults (ages 15+) to gain real-world experience while supporting events and initiatives in Historic Downtown Gresham.
Participants are placed into active roles across HDGA events, gaining hands-on exposure to event production, marketing, logistics, and community engagement—while earning verified volunteer hours and building meaningful experience for resumes, scholarships, and college applications.

Volunteer Credit
Students and youth can earn credit for their volunteering hours, making their community experience even more rewarding. We provide comprehensive hour tracking and all necessary documentation to ensure their efforts are recognized.
Credit is provided for those seeking to meet requirements for college applications and so much more!

Resume Building
By getting involved, you will gain invaluable real-world experience that not only enhances your skills but also strengthens your resume. This hands-on experience will set you a strong footing as you enter the job market, giving you a competitive edge over other candidates. Embrace these opportunities to showcase your abilities and prepare for a successful career ahead.

Exposure & Networking
Participating is more than just putting in time and effort; it's building connections and fostering long-lasting relationships. These connections can lead to valuable opportunities and benefits that extend far beyond the initial involvement. By engaging with others, you not only contribute to the community but also create bonds that can enrich your life for years to come.
